Created by me, along with Ben Tolbert and Jake Fertig. Meticulously crafted and puppeteered by the brilliant Jonny & Will. And brought to life with the help of the entire Hotels.com creative team. Our Bellboy does all the heavy lifting without ever touching a bag.
