Holiday Hintlist
Our goal this holiday was to make Verizon top-of-mind as a shopping destination while promoting the wide range of tech products offered. But instead of telling people why they should shop at Verizon, we helped them ask others for what they really wanted. So, we created the first shareable Spotify playlists that used the titles of real songs by real artists that spelled out hidden gift requests.
Everyone was invited to pick a gift they really wanted at Verizon.com. Then, using Spotify’s API, a unique playlist was dynamically generated for that specific gift, which was easily shareable with family and friends on Facebook and Twitter.
